The cleaning service was inadequate, as the floor was not cleaned during our entire stay. the check-in process was poorly managed, leaving us without important information throughout our five days. To add to the frustration, I found the furniture in the room to be outdated and uncomfortable, which detracted from my overall experience.

Consider exploring the local dining spots for better variety and prices than the hotel menu offers.

The shower, it was powerful , nothing like a good rinse after long days by the pool. Plus, they had a bar with lovely drinks right by the pool where the staff treated us like family. The atmosphere made us really feel at home.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive , but considering the service, it was alright.

The showers are outdated and uncomfortable!!! Air conditioning maintenance needs serious attention as it struggled to keep up!!! Adding kitchenware in rooms would be a sensible improvement too!!!

I cannot believe how much I overpaid for this so-called hotel. The air conditioning barely worked, and I couldn’t even sleep. only two glasses in a room for three, really? I expected at least a complimentary upgrade for my troubles but was treated like just another regular guest. I was this close to giving a good review, but just couldn’t.

I had a great stay! The breakfast selection was impressive with delicious fresh omelettes, and I adored the stunning views from the pool, although the shuttle times could be better.

Just returned from a lovely stay with breathtaking views over Kalamar Bay. The breakfast spread was impressive, featuring a variety of cheeses, fruits, and freshly made omelettes which were the highlight of my mornings. The pool area is undeniably luxurious, offering plenty of comfortable loungers and a refreshing atmosphere. I appreciated the clean room with ample toiletries and a fridge, but a little more variety in evening dining options would be a nice touch!

Great spot for a group vacation! The pool is massive and views are stunning. We played table tennis and billiards, having a blast. Breakfast was solid with good options. The beach club down the hill is free to use, and taxis are cheap if you need them. Definitely plan on visiting again.

One downside was that the rooms were a bit dated, which could use some updating to enhance comfort.

The views are spectacular, and the staff is incredibly helpful. Wi-Fi was spotty at times.
